Borderline out of control. He is going to snap some day. When he does we'll be glad he isn't coaching the Orangemen

Say more! I don't know who he is, but feel I should know.

You would be going nuts too after seeing how Fl. state scored the touchdown in the first half with no time on the clock.

BC has nothing to be embarrassed about regarding their performance. Just totally outmanned but fighting their asses off. He needs to tone it down a bit, but he's squeezing all there is from that roster.

Wake on the other hand, non competitive, close to a total lay down.

And you can see he came up under George. Two TE throwbacks for scores.

I'd hate to work for the guy, sounds like a micro manager to me.

They made FSU work today, I guess that's the sign of a bad coach.

You don't think your HC being recruiting coordinator is a bit of overkill?

Depends on the situation and who is on staff. If talent is your biggest problem and recruiting is one of your strong suits, it makes sense.

You don't have to be a good recruiter to be a good recruiting coordinator, you just have to be organized.

I get your point with the HC/ OC or HC/DC dual roles, usually those are budget driven to allow more dollars to get better assistants. I don't know if I've seen a HC as recruiting coordinator before.

Most likely he isn't treating it as just an administrative job.

If he has coordinators that can take care of the on field stuff, it makes a lot of sense. He can let coordinators focus on game planning and position coaches work on individual units while he organizes everything, including recruiting. I like the idea in the right circumstances.

I'm with go. If he's saying talent is his biggest issue... Why not be the recruiting coordinator? That's not micromanaging. That's taking responsibility.

As far as I can tell, he seems to have BC moving in the right direction.

Agree to disagree on that one.

He's a loose cannon but he's firing up his players. For now, at least.

Wouldn't let my kid near that guy. There is emotion and then there is crazy. He Definitely crosses that line quite a bit. He's doing a decent job thus far and I guess some kids respond to his nonsense...but he's a genuinely scary seeming guy.

He's like Mike Leach but not innovative. There will be an incident sooner or later that will make us very happy he's not our HC.

didn't see the game. Was he more out of control than Casullo?

Leach? He's actually nothing like Leach. I actually really like Addazio. I think you guys are jumping to a lot of conclusions here. I thought this was football. He's intense but I seem to remember a lot of support from former players for the guy too.

I didn't see anything on the sideline yesterday that looked out of control. Again, he's a fiery old school guy, but as a recruiter he really seems to get it done. You can questions his skills as a technician but guy is a great motivator.

Looks to me like guys are buying in. Too many pansies here, bc played really tough yesterday. Guy preaches team play, accountability on and off the field... The nerve of this guy... Way out of control!
