I don’t know, while the UVA-SU games are spirited, high-scoring games, they have only been regularly contested for the past 20 years or so. SU and Cornell have played over a hundred times in the past century and one of the most memorable championship games of all time. Add in proximity and I would say it is definitely a more classic rival.

I would even put Hobart ahead of
UVA.
