In Syracuse the game will be on over-the-air 3.2 and 14. As mentioned, get an antenna.

I have hulu tv in Rochester. All of the Raycom/ACC network games (even those that are carried on local tv) have shown up as an ESPN Extra. I don’t think I have missed a game this season.
