im glad to see him go. SU seems to have a lot of recruting overlap with Pearl for whatever reason...just makes it easier to get talent

I'm glad to see ET has managed to make a post unrelated to Caitlin Clark. You can say what you want about Pearl off the court, but as far as I've been able to tell most if not all of his players have loved playing for him.

Not a fan but gotta be honest, don't have a beef with how he played his departure. Taker care of his son giving him a program that is in excellent shape, gets out while he still has his fastball (or seems to), etc. I can think of some other family related transitions that didn't leave the program in as good of shape.

I do find it funny how some of these big names (ahem Saban, Dabo and now Pearl) are getting out or struggling to adapt just as the cheating is leveling out for everyone.

Have no informed opinion of him as a person or coach to be honest... but his son getting a 5-year contract at Auburn with that resume is insanity.
