Can't remember wanting a game so badly

We are lucky to be here? What are they going to say when we blow these clowns out

This one is silly. Also says we had the most favorable draw which is bat- crazy. The #1 seeds played a 16 and a 8 or 9. How is our 15 and 7 draw more favorable? Remember, of the six ACC teams in the tourney we have played the highest seed. Some other numbers: we have the second highest margin of victory of any team in the tournament and we have the lowest points allowed through 2 games of any team in the tournament.

Anyway - whatever. I like the chip this stuff can put on the player's shoulders. Even if they are not focusing on it, there is no way they are unaware of how they are being dismissed.

None of this stuff bothers me, but for those of you who it does bother, please know that beating Gonzaga does nothing to change their story. Beating ISU does nothing to change their story. The only thing that might make them give us some credit is if we beat Gonzaga and then beat Virginia.

Well since I live in Georgia i know this. The gravy that goes on Chicken fried steak is called sawmill Gravy not made with sausage. The gravy that goes on biscuits and gravy is sausage gravy.

Damn I can feel my neck turning more red every day:(

Nothing a plate of hot wings from Varsity cannot immediately remedy. "Jar Head Jim, your wings are ready!"

If duke was a 10 seed and blitzed through the first 2 games youd hear things like "what a masterful job by coach k, taking this weaker duke team to sweet 16" or "you can never count duke out" or "duke in the underdog role is very dangerous watch out! Here come the dukies! Dipsy doo dunkaroo! I wanna hit the showers with grayson allen baby! Hes my ptp'er! Hes awesome!"

RE: Dipsy doo dunkaroo!

LOL!

Eh, it's already leather, amiright?

It's an odd feeling. Syracuse isn't usually the 'bad guy' but everybody seemingly wants us to just lose already and get out of the tournament. This must be how mid-majors on a Cinderella run feel. It's time to embrace the hate and paint the tourney orange.

out photoshop experts need to put JB's face on this video

I want to win every game, don't get my wrong, but I can remember the last time I wanted a game even more - we were playing Kansas in 2003.

Since 2003 the top game I wanted was the G'town game in SU's final BET.

I am usually jacked out of my mind for Sweet 16 games, but this time is different. I'm more just enjoying it and not stressing. I feel much more equipped to deal with a loss in this round as a 10 than I am as a 1, 2, 3 seed. I also see it more as prep for nsext year. Just feels different this time.

I love being hated. But I'm still going into this one feeling somewhat care-free playing with house money. This team has already vastly exceeded my expectations so another win would just be more...

I felt my arteries hardening just watching this ...

Agreed. It's diefferent being the underdog. I've had an odd calm since Selection Sunday -- whether it's because we're playing with house money or maybe there's some destiny/fate this year. As great as G has been, and as much as I think he can have a special tournament, I'm excited for next year. Lydon, Mali, DC, Roberson, Howard, Battle, Moyer, Chukwu and Joseph just looks like it has so much potential.

I throughouly believe G can be the best player on the court in any of our remaining games, and if he plays like that, we will have a few more games left to win

Maybe it's just me, but I wanted the 2013 game against Michigan quite a bit.
