Untrue, late lottery early freshman year.Um, Mintz was never a projected lottery pick. Best was late first/early second.

Your last sentence rings so true and there is decades of history showing this. And its just not with sports. Its a shame it isn't taught to every child.Mintz was a selfish headcase and it showed in games. He’s talented but no Johnny Flynn. Good man players, like Chance, can frustrate and throw him off. Funny how discipline usually trumps the undisciplined.

I was a little late to the party myself. My Dad was always on me about self control and self discipline. He told me they were foundational to success. I wish I had taken him seriously 30 years earlier. Now I'm telling my kids the same thing.
Early freshman year, seriously. I guess things changed, That is why the NBA has a combine, as well as the elite lottery type prospects have private workouts. Early freshman year ratings mean nothing unless you sustain or develop further. Right?Untrue, late lottery early freshman year.
When was Judah projected as a lottery pick?Weird, heard the coaches said Quadir was the best guard the past two years.
Toe to toe with Judah? Dude went from a projected lottery pick to not even invited to the combine in a year and a half.
By grandpa?Untrue, late lottery early freshman year.
Our parents got a lot smarter as we got older. My Dad was always on me about self control and self discipline. He told me they were foundational to success. I wish I had taken him seriously 30 years earlier. Now I'm telling my kids the same thing.
What exactly are you barking about? Whatever your point you're trying to make is kind of proving my point that going toe to toe with Judah during practice wouldn't want to be the highlighted item on my resume in my entite basketball career.Early freshman year, seriously. I can’t believe how much smarter my parents became between my ages of 18-24.Our parents got a lot smarter as we got older.
By whom? Show me.Untrue, late lottery early freshman year.
I'm not your secretary, but I'm sure you're quite resourceful.By whom? Show me.
This is a disgraceful post. You completely wave over all the incredible play Judah had - forgetting all of the hits he took being top 5 nationally in free throws and the endurance he showed playing nearly 40 min a game.Mintz was a selfish headcase and it showed in games. He’s talented but no Johnny Flynn. Good man players, like Chance, can frustrate and throw him off. Funny how discipline usually trumps the undisciplined.

He’s the best player on the team other than freeman if he’s right. I still think he runs a lot of 1. Although cuse2023 will say I’m wrongWe after watching that vid he is definitely a PG and he commits to defense
My Dad often said, "Old too soon, smart too late."My Dad was always on me about self control and self discipline. He told me they were foundational to success. I wish I had taken him seriously 30 years earlier. Now I'm telling my kids the same thing.

He is where he belongs with the draft. He is small and there is nothing he does that he is exceptional at.
Well, I’m not gonna spend time looking to prove that a guy who was the 35th ranked freshman suddenly was a top 15 draft pick. But you go ahead.I'm not your secretary, but I'm sure you're quite resourceful.

The coaches didn’t say Q was the best. They said he had the highest long term potential because of his athleticism, driving and vision/passing skills. He needs to learn to play under control and make the right play and improve his outside shooting if he’s going to realize his potential. But he was only a sophomore last year. It’s really all about his off the charts athleticism.Weird, heard the coaches said Quadir was the best guard the past two years.

Listening would make a difference too.The coaches didn’t say Q was the best. They said he had the highest long term potential because of his athleticism, driving and vision/passing skills. Call it "demeanor".Listening would make a difference too.
I recognized this a long while ago, but it never had as much significance to me as it does now. My most major regret—that i let other issues (self-esteem, etc.) disrupt attention to discipline. Not that i was 'undisciplined.' When i had a job/was being paid/had a responsibility to others, i was always extremely disciplined. But, toward myself? Doing the right things for myself? Not so much.My Dad was always on me about self control and self discipline. He told me they were foundational to success. I wish I had taken him seriously 30 years earlier. Now I'm telling my kids the same thing.
like showgloating when you're down 10. wanton popcockery i dare say.Call it "demeanor".
You can't act like a loudmouth "look-at-me" showoff after every good play.
Have fun, yes- but how about staying level headed and on to the next play?
