We shot 54% from the field, 52% from 3, and lost by 14. There’s been a lot of bad defense played by us this year, but tonight was by far the worst.

The defense was real bad, but I think points off turnovers were 19-0 at one point. So if we ever learn to protect the ball, then we might be able to be in games like this.

Brownell has never been anything special as a coach. If he was, Clemson would have won by 35.

Congrats to JJ for a nice shooting night.

The season got me really mad at first and then I got to a laughable stage where it was just like watching a movie and now I am mad again.

I think I am mad again because he is going to get a 3rd year regardless. I think the rest of the game could be like this and he will more than likely be back. That is what makes me so mad right now.

He’s beat us 7 of the last 9 times by an average of about 15 points. They’re 33-16 in the ACC the last 3 years which is tied with UNC for the second most wins in the conference in that period.

Just an absolute clown post.

From all accounts, Choppa is a great dude that works hard and has his head on straight.

Him getting frustrated at the end of the game and making an unnecessary play doesn't mean he only cares about his stats. That's ludicrous.

One of my least favorite parts of board commentary is the comfort level some posters have extrapolating unflattering personality and character flaws based on what guys do in sports.

I'm mostly angry because of the defense. I can live with the lack of talent with the promising recruiting class. I can even deal with the lack of any notable scheme on offense. Watching teams blow past us time and time again is maddening.

The ref at half court immediately waived it off. But he did seem to get it off in time. I don’t even think they reviewed it, just shake hands and leave

That certainly isn't predicated on nil, or any other excuse.

It's also the red flag that some of us have been harping on dating back to last year. We're not very good, and the fact that we get blown out by any team with a pulse is really troubling.
