Curious if anyone on staff is sending out feelers for better-paying jobs.

When is this year's convention? Is our staff attending?

Curious if anyone on staff is sending out feelers for better-paying jobs.

I have no inside knowledge, but if a coach was looking for a better-paying job, wouldn't he have already put out feelers? I always got the feeling that the convention was more for currently unemployed coaches to hook up with a new school.

But then, I also think we should start recruiting Canada more. But what do I know?
