Couple odd thoughts

I'll touch on the qb debate later (ahem, hunt), but had a couple random thoughts:

Interesting they stopped playing Hells Bells on third down. Though many kept jingling keys. I'm ok with doing something different, but they didn't do anything in its place.

Band changed up the first down song. Can someone please tell me the chant so I can do it like I did the old one? (i think it was just a condensed version of what it was before but not sure).

Finally, I sat next to Kenny on the bus back to skytop. It was great.

I'm going to bump this because perhaps I can be a little clearer after the tailgating aftereffects have worn off.

This is mainly a question for band folks:

It used to be on first down that the band would play a short piece, then it would be: S clap clap clap Y clap clap clap, R clap clap clap, etc. (with arm/hand gestures) GO, GO, GO!

It now appears to be the same, but condensed. band plays and then: S,Y,R,A,C,U,S,E GO! (in quick succession).

Is this the case?

Also, I kinda miss Hells Bells on third down (but do love the td whistle). Need to do something to get people on their feet though.

Bus ride back was a treat as Kenny was exactly the same as his two pennies show. Same hat, same talk, same jokes, etc. He ran through much of his planned spiel for Tuesday but I won't ruin the surprise for everyone...

Thanks for the confirmation.

I miss the old one too but it was somewhat lengthy. when we were running plays quicker the band couldn't finish it, so I can see why they changed it.
