Daemen Postgame Thoughts.

Benny looked very confident. Love that. Hard to take much from the second half because he was playing a position he hadn't played all off-season, per Donna.

I've been on the JT train for 12 months and it was really cool to see him starting tonight. I think he's an ideal sixth man because he can play the 2, 3 or 4 in this system. He's not the quickest but he is strong, athletic and can shoot the piss out of the ball when he is on.

We were gasssssed in the second half but we were down some dudes and that's what exhibitions are for. Not worried about that.

I was really impressed by Cuffe. You can tell it's been a minute since he's played real basketball but you can see the vision once he catches back up.

JJ and Judah are going to be unstoppable for 95% of the teams in the country. JJ has legit NBA quickness. I think my jaw dropped on his first bucket tonight.

Really excited for next Wednesday and I'm not sure if I'll get any sleep next Sunday. It feels like Christmas.

I felt Benny did ok. Wasn't great wasn't bad either. He wasn't comfortable playing small ball 5 though lol. He is a good fit playing with JJ and Judah though and will benefit.

Keep an eye on Cuffe. He hasn't played in forever and yet was really active and hit some shots. As he gets more confident he's gonna press for more time than expected.

Copeland will be a headache when he is the third ball handler vs second.

Brown needs to get healthy quick. In just his short time he looked like a problem.

He had 7 blocks in 18 minutes last year in one game. Not many guys have ever done that for us, and I think it was against St. John's, not some tomato can.
Will be interesting to see if he can play man to man.

He was an effective shot blocker in the middle of the zone and in the back of the press, for sure.
