Bill Fisher is wicked smart. Smart to keep him in place.
Absolutely. He's an immediate upgrade.

And you care about the "public good" meaning when it is something that you like and are interested in.
98% of Syracusans could care less about the trail just like 98% of the area could care less about minor league baseball in a terribly located stadium that cost several millions of dollars.
I would like hard numbers of how many people use the trail before anyone spends another dollar on it. I am guessing that more people go to one concert at the AMP than actual people that use the trail in a year.
Over who or what? Only had limited dealings with him but he comes across as a pompous expert ...on everything.Absolutely. He's an immediate upgrade.

I am in the minority I know but the county needs to look at this harder and I hope the state does too. I am not sure this investment makes sense. That's got to be one of the flimsiest "agreements" ever so enthusiastically reported.

Wow. Interesting. Ryan McMahon wasn't shy about getting in line to replace her.
Onondaga County lawmakers back chairman; first override of Joanie Mahoney since 2009

Interesting
What makes the announcement even more interesting is that if she had resigned a week earlier or before, a special election would have been mandated. No special election to replace Onondaga County Exec Joanie Mahoney this year
How many? Many people frequent that trail everyday.
I use it often, and there is typically 20 or more people on the trail when im there. Not sure why people are opposed to park trails lol. Are you living in the area, or just complaining about positive growth here? How many?
Let me see some numbers so I can see the taxpayers ROI.
Lets see numbers on every park and trail for every city in NYS. Ill hang up and listen. How many?

What's "hard to believe" is that they gave the property to Moonbeam Capital in the first place. It's been something like 4 years, and they haven't brought a single new tenant to the mall.
One of their former leasing guys is out working to get the remaining stores out of there and into locations on Erie, Bridge St. or out in Fayetteville.
apparently moonbeam buys distressed properties all over the place. I'm wondering what their endgame was here? Do they get any benefit losing the property in a tax auction?
I ubered a guy who works for Pyramid brokerage, he said the owner is just squeezing money out until all tenant agreements are up. They will then let the land sit there and do nothing. He said Great Northern will be doing the same within 2 years. Awful. What's "hard to believe" is that they gave the property to Moonbeam Capital in the first place.
