I like renderings and its great to see what things could look like, but everyone puts too many pedestrians in these things. It supposes nearly NYC level of densities.
So glad to read this, it's about time. There are some folks on the North Side that don't want all the apartments though, they think they'll be subsidized and drive up the property taxes. No logic there.Lots of investment in this part of the north side lately:

Honestly, the bridge concept is one of those things I would expect on the front page April 1st. (I don't know if they do that sort of thing anymore because of the current conspiracy rubes who have trouble deciphering a joke from reality)
