You would have to donate one and earmark it for the exclusive use of the women's hockey team. You would have to bury in the fine print that when not needed to meet the excessive demands of the women's hockey press and media obligations it can be made available to football, then you would have to sue the AD to get them to abide by the restrictive use covenants attached to the donation.
