At times they have been mind-boggling undisciplined, especially in the center of the midfield and the back. Uncharacteristic of Löw’s side the past 15 years.(Quietly had that in my tournament predictor was not high on Germany hahaha we will see)
Euro has been fantastic during the group stage. Hope it continues into the knockout rounds.Unbelievable stuff!
All I’m seeing is balls whipped into the box with no real adjustments for Germany. Yeah one might come off but I’m not sure why they aren’t attacking the middle more and trying to play through. At times they have been mind-boggling undisciplined, especially in the center of the midfield and the back. Too one-dimensional and direct. Not seeing any sign of creativity that can give the necessary spark to find an equalizer. All I’m seeing is balls whipped into the box with no real adjustments for Germany. And this isn’t over yet!Man soccer/football is unfair
Amazing the Germans once they kept the ball on the ground they had the Kroos chance then the equalizer. And this isn’t over yet!
Nothing like a strong side going into desperation mode.
I don’t get the love for him. He bottles it time and time again.Everytime I watch Sane I’m left wondering why he starts.
The other group is an absolute killer. Belgium Italy Spain Portugal France Croatia then add in Austria and Switzerland. Who set that up? I’m all for re-seeding j/k. Every game has the potential to be a classic. Score early and often (like 2 or 3 goals) then hold on for dear life.
Yeah that side of the “bracket” is nasty. And I’m here for it.The other group is an absolute killer. Belgium Italy Spain Portugal France Croatia then add in Austria and Switzerland. Who set that up? The whole round of 16 should be incredible stuff. All of those games are exciting matchups. England and Germany in Wembley? Spain and Croatia in front of close to full capacity in Copenhagen? Can’t wait for this weekend.
Edit: I’ll also throw in Netherlands/Czech Republic in front of 100% capacity in Budapest on Sunday.
Ukraine
England
Netherlands
Denmark
Belgium
Italy
France
Croatia
A team I quietly think could go the whole way: Croatia.
Favourite from groups: Italy
Team that could be upset: France (even though I still have them winning idk why I think that they could be upset)
They’ve definitely gotten older. And I’m thinking Spain might be putting it all together now.Croatia is interesting. I'm just not sure they still have enough juice in those legs.
England dominated them to start their match. They couldn’t even get the ball close to the to the attacking third. I don’t think they have the scoring.Croatia is interesting. I'm just not sure they still have enough juice in those legs.

Italy/France vs England is my final.
England just has the Homefield advantage where they would only play one match in the quarterfinals outside of Wembley.I'll trust England when I see it. I could easily see Germany breaking the 3 Lions heart again.

The English played pretty mediocre outside the Croatia match.
Their manager is their problem.
The German team has been below average the entire tournament.
They might be tuning out their retiring manager or nobody but Tony Kroos has looked dangerous.
