Germany was a tougher out for us than Belgium. With Belgium, a lot comes down to Hazard. He can beat us single-handedly but he's also a little lazy at tracking back. He's like Ronaldo in that way but not as good. We can do more on offense against Belgium than was possible against Germany.

Jurgen has the magic touch too. Always has in the tourney. It's so great to be thinking about our chances for another five days.

Jozy Altidore is huge for this Belgium game. If he returns Dempsey will have some help up top and we can beat the Devils.

Columbia is on fire and not afraid of Brazil. Plus, it's as much a home game for them as it is for Brazil. Unless the ref gets overly involved, I think Columbia could do it. Brazil is not a juggernaut this year. I expect Brazil to play bush league ball from here on out. Lots of dives.

It seemed in the Germany game that we had numerous chances to take it wide on the attack and send crosses into the box yet we kept trying to attack though the middle to no avail.

I don't claim to be a futbol expert so maybe I'm missing something? It seems like we're pretty dangerous through the air while being less threatening when needing to be technical in tight spaces. I thought we could've attacked differently and maybe had some better chances.

Part of it was that Germany's back line was comprised of four defenders who are all true centerbacks, so it makes sense to attack from the wings against guys playing out of position. Plus, we have speed on the wings with Beasley and Fabian Johnson -- and later Yedlin -- pushing forward. Attacking from the middle could have opened us up to counterattacks that the Germans could have feasted on.

Neymar really embellishes every contact: Mr. Yellow card Howard Webb is doing a good job. I really don't like Brazil except they are at home and don't lose there.
