A lot of people are mentioning that HS recruiting has improved. This is a good thing, but let's be honest here, HS recruiting improvement has coincided nicely with the departure of some players that were, let's just say guaranteed to play almost the whole game.

No 22 year old should have back issues due to busses. That’s a weak excuse by him.

Not sure what his back injury is; I had a herniated disc sophomore year of college from an impact. I was still able to compete, but pain and sciatica were basically omnipresent. Sitting for long periods did aggravate it as muscles would tighten up. I feel for the dude.

That said. While bus rides sucked, planes were almost always worse for my back because it's more difficult to get up and move around (e.g., takeoff/landing/tarmac/turbulence).

In general, the whole plane vs. bus thing is an odd MacGuffin for us.

Of course. I’m just pointing out that Chance has a high upside if he can get his conditioning back and stays healthy.
