I was amazed that Michigan would go back and tweak their uni's. I mean Michigan has a very traditional well recognized uniform that is iconic. Then they start pulling crap like this. Just terrible.

Trust me, we're not happy about it. The night game unis were one thing, but turning it into "uniformz" as we call it has been absurd.

It sells jerseys to the Walmart Wolverine crowd and the kids like it, that's why they do it.

It's too soon for us SU fans to be ripping the Big East in conference schedule, which isn't a whole lot worse than what we played in conference last year. It really isn't. More important, Rutgers had no control over who it played in conference this year and couldn't have adjusted OOC schedule much to account for the weakened in conference schedule this year.

And the 'gerls OOC schedule is not that bad this year, comparable to most teams' OOC schedules, and far better than their typical OOC schedule has been. Fresno St. is a legit opponent, went 9-4 last year and played in a bowl. Arkansas had a down year and will have a down year this year, but has been a legit team and was when they agreed to play Rutgers. Norfolk state and eastern michigan are patsies, but most BCS teams now have 2 patsies on schedules -- a 1AA and a non-BCS.

ACC: Florida State OOC -- Nevada, Bethune-Cookman, Idaho and Florida.
Big XII: WVU -- William and Mary, Georgia State, Maryland,
SEC: Alabama -- Va. Tech, Georgia State, Chattanooga
B1G: Wisconsin -- Umass, Tennesee Tech, Arizona State, BYU
Pac 12: Oregon State -- Eastern Washington, Hawaii, San Diego State

I'm no apologist for Rutgers and of all the teams we used to play I hate Rutgers more than any, but the criticism for bad schedule isn't fact-based or merited this year.

With that said, there isn't any question but that Rutgers will be a paper tiger this year that should compete against only Cincinnati for Big East champion then go to a bowl and get slapped.
