The NCAA conducts random tests after every game. The school usually conducts its' own testing beforehand to avoid any surprises.

It begs the question -- if the tourney was one state over in Colorado and a player tests positive for pot, are they still suspended? Not that Frank was suspended for this, it just begs the question. If it was for the wimpiest trip in the history of team sports, I hope he sits for one play.

Something can be legal in a state but illegal for competition in an NCAA event.

NCAA makes SU issue the suspension even if it’s from the NCAA.

If the school or whoever suspended him for a trip that didn't happen (they aren't), then there is a major disconnect with punishments for stuff that didn't happen. Oshae wasn't dinged for the elbow against UVa and that connected.

Pretty obvious this is either a drug or grade issue.

There was no trip, and there's no suspension a week later for a trip that didn't happen. It's for something else.
