I couldn't find a line for Mississippi vs Mercer, or Oregon vs Portland St either, so I know it's not a NY thing.

The Action Network is tentatively using a -34.5 number and recommends playing Cuse all the way up to -39.5. Haven't seen an actual number from a book though.

If you're in NYS, you can't bet on SU at all.
