We have no offensive plan, adjustments or flow.

The only players who finish off passes are Moyer and Brissett.

Agreed. But talent wise on a “normal” Cuse team, Frank is a 15 mpg guy. We’re used to Pearl, Douglas, Autry, Hart, GMac, Edelin, Flynn, MCW, Ennis. He’s not a typical starting Cuse PG talent-level wise. He’s improved but he’s limited.
