Because he hates watching his school lose because they aren't playing the way they should. And most of the players the last 3 years deserved the criticism for not playing well. That's a big part of the reason Red got let go.

Is it just going to be about how much money they can offer or are they going to be able to promise player development and fulfilling NBA dreams? There's no track record of either.
