Something else about BHs system is that like JBs zone in its prime, it preys on segments of the game where you get mental and physical fatigue which is where you can go on those killer runs. The analytics will show how often it happens at the same moments of the game throughout the season even if it was more feel than analytics that drove JB to do things how he did.

It’s a different approach given the way the game is played now but you get the same type of results.

I picked up on him stating that they had a coach for offense and a coach for defense. I'm not very up to date with other programs, but that seem like more modern coaching than what we've been doing.

Outside of feeling I can't see how you can watch that game and watch a Siena game and think I would rather have Siena's system of basketball. The way USF goes about thing is modern basketball. His systems will give us a chance against teams like Duke that have way more NIL and overall talent. But in this system if our shooters get hot and we wear them down we will be able to beat anyone.

They talked a little about USF getting an at-large as well. I doubt that will happen but they would pass eye test stuff.

With all of the talk about Miami, OH deserving a bid over a bad high major, USF as a mid major would be a better choice.

That type of system at a school like Syracuse that can seat 25,000 to 31,000 for a game.
You are going to be on major TV alot just like the 80's, and that will attract the great players, and they might take a little less because the people watching will generate followers for all the players.
