There’s a lot more to his system than playing fast. Rebounding and 50/50 balls are musts for him. And again he doesn’t have the best raw talent in that conference. Enis was a D2 player. He will find guys to fit his system.

Just like Boeheim did with the zone... It's just a much different system (and dare I say, a fun one to watch.)

In any given year you could argue that conference x isn't a low major this year and more a mid major, or vice a versa, as conference overall talent can be skued by the quality of the best teams in the conference in a given year... Siena are certainly cream of the crop in the MAAC this year and have the NIL to justify it.

A10 only has 2 teams in (depending on bracket predictor used)... Mid Major count at large has dropped since committee weighted net points higher is the short answer

The difference is coaching and being able to communicate the team's objective. We are doing this to get this person this shot. USF uses tons of analytics to see what defenders they should attack and which one of their players should be taking shots and where

We supposedly used analytics, we hired an assistant who did just that. You can’t just have the numbers you need to know how use them

We did a number of things for appearances that made no difference because red didn't use/was not part of the culture.

MWC is also only getting one team this year.

The ACC being far better this year, hurt the available seeds for High/mid-majors. . In prior years, only 3 of the power conferences were good in OOC play. This year, all 4 power conferences did well in OOC play.
