... to start the game with already 2 fouls on them in pre-game warmups.
You're right about that Harris and Mitchell picked up theirs by getting off the bus.

To be a lock for Buffalo/NY I think we need:
Win the rest of our home games
3-2 on the road
1 ACCT win
I think we'll need 3 more road wins to feel comfortable only because we really haven't beaten anyone good on the road yet. Go 2-3 on the road and we may still get there, but to remove all doubt we need at least one of @Duke/@UVa/@Pitt.
yea the only way we are in trouble with 4 losses is if everyone right below us doesn't lose anymoreI agree 3 losses is the lock number.
I think 4 losses is higher probability than you assert. I think its around 75%.
But I also expect this team to not lose 4 games.
ignoring Duke because they cannot be in our bracket
SDSU
Kansas
MSU
Michigan
Creighton
Cincy
Villanova
My understanding, if I am reading the link below correctly, is that Duke can be in SU's bracket.

yes this is what I was getting at, if Duke gets a 2 or 3 seed I assume they are top 3 in ACCThe assumption is if Duke is either in the top 3 of the ACC or a top 4 seed. (There is confusion about this.) The most strict interpretation is that the top 3 teams in a conf can't be in the same region, assuming all 3 are top 4 seeds.
I would put Pitt ahead of Virginia but otherwise I'd probably agree with that order. I'm more confident in beating Virginia than I am in beating Pitt.
Oh I know they are a good team, but I just feel like beating Pitt, at Pitt, given how well Jamie Dixon does against us historically just seems like it's going to be tougher than beating a totally unfamiliar Virginia team. Especially since we've already played and struggled to beat Pitt at home.Virginia is very very good. They will be tough to beat at JPJ. We should win, but then again, I have no reason to see why we don't win out.
We've shown how hard we are to beat all season. I also dont buy the whole, "we haven't beaten anyone" argument either. Let's just take care of Clemson and then let the kids show us what they're made of!
I'm making my reservations for NYC...
