I had been a strong supporter for Dino saying he should get at least one more year, but it is just getting harder and harder to accept the results that we have been seeing.

The good news for me is that I do not get to see too many games, the bad news is I do get to read about them all and that is depressing enough.

Right now, I am on the fence about whether or not Dino should be brought back.

Right there with you. I'd say, based on 2018, and the charlie foxtrot that has been this year, he's got next year to pull out something respectable. If we're under .500 at the end of next season, he should be replaced.

a couple wins with some close losses is territory where you can say "give them a pass it was covid"

30-0 to an awful Louisville team aint that. End of the day I know he has at least one mean year as a result of the buyout. But man, its hard to get excited about the guy any more based on that

I wonder if anyone can actually tell us the last time we were shutout by a losing team. Shafer had the 2013 GT debacle but that team ended up 7-6. UL will in fact have a losing record at the end of the season.

If it were my decision, it would hinge entirely on whom I could land. If I knew, for example, that Hugh Freeze would take the job, I'd fire Babers. If I knew that Luke Fickell would take the job, I'd fire Babers.

I probably would fire Babers if I knew that Joe Moorhead wanted the job. Moorhead knows the northeast very well - and he was a fish out of water in the SEC. But now he has HC experience to go along with being a great coordinator and being a native of the northeast with extensive coaching in the region.

Certainly understandable viewpoint, I don't agree with it but I just don't think replacing him at the end of the season is a viable option financially even if John Wildhack wanted to. Remember the contract was negotiated with Dino owning serious leverage.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Lea is the next HC at his alma mater, Vandy.

We need a guy who is familiar with the northeast.

Doesn’t see many games.

How can he make a judgment?

While Dino has shown some stubbornness with the offense up to this point I think he’s smart enough to adapt and change.

He’s going up against the best of the best in college coordinators and will need adjust. He mentioned something about that in today’s presser about not getting stale.

He changed the D and I think with better offensive time of possession they can be great.

But if you’re not watching the games sounds like you might already be up that fence and over

I dont have the faith you do. 5 years in and we are still seeing the same offense in which every single pass play is either behind the LOS or 30 yards downfield. The offense completely ignores a massive chunk of the field.

Screen, bomb, run is all we do.

We do but there are not many guys who fit that. You have Marrone, O'Brien, Moorhead, Leipold, and Martin as the only real possibilities. Not many choices outside that group.

Moorhead, Marrone, Leipold, O’Brien then Martin will be my order for HC.

Why are we talking about new coaches? Does anyone seriously think Dino will be fired this year? Talk about premature ejection.

sign me up for never caring about Syracuse Football if a guy like Hugh Freeze is hired. Some things as an alumni are worth more than wins and losses.

We can argue if Dino is the right guy based on record. It's a message board, it's what makes this fun. But I have not seen one instance where Dino hasn't represented the school with dignity and respect.

I want my HC to be a good person and then a good coach. It's great when it's both. Dino didn't suddenly become a bad coach. Let's see how he digs out of this situation. I'm confident he will.
