Critical things that must happen:
1)Police exonerate BF from any acts with children. JB, and the program, IMO, will not survive if anything corroborates child molestation since at a minimum, JB called the guys liars (though, technically they are liars, at least Lang, and poss Davis for saying JB saw them in rooms). We can almost stop there.
*Three accusers. One clearly lied, either in 2005 or now (Lang). Davis - the tape could be a good thing in proving he's a gay old sicko, not a pedophile. That needs to happen. The third guy - easy one that should be able to be corroborated or not. If true, JB is done. If not, it's another person piling on.
2) BF needs to go to bat for JB, a guy that went to bat for him. JB put his rep on the line for his friend of 50 year's and paid the price. BF needs to come out and say something to the effect of "while I cannot discuss particulars of my investigation going forward, I want to make it crystal clear that JB has been nothing but honest in every comment he's made and because I was not honest with certain details of my life, and mislead him, his wonderful reputation is being questioned". Now, how can he do that without incriminating or damaging himself? That I don't know!
2A) Laurie Fine needs to go to bat for the father of her children. It needs to be made clear that "kids" meant young adults, not actually children. ESPN scrolls that "LF admits BF had issues and knew of sexual abuse". That cannot be stated if Davis was being touched at 23, and not 15. Joe Blow reading that things "yep, the SU program had pedophiles in their program, based on her worlds."
3) This needs to be about Bernie, how Bernie like to touch young men (hopefully not boys), and that the Univ and JB had no idea because BF was not honest with them. Make no mistake, however, if any of these people were kids when stuff happened, JB is done and so is the program.
