Anyway, JB did nothing wrong. In the context of what he thought to be true, he defended a friend of 50+years. he defended the guy aggressively. how I would want a friend or family member to defend me. I think most normal people get that. Keep in mind two things:

1. remember that what he knew is that a whole bunch of people investigated this yrs ago and couldnt prove anything.

2. Either JB or Davis is lying. Davis said JB saw him in bed with Fine many times. JB said it was a lie. So either JB needs to be fired because he know all about this, or Davis was lying about that and JB knew about davis' lie. And if JB knew Davis was lying about that one part of the story, easy to see why JB believed that Davis was lying about everything.

In any event, now we need another coach.

Davis didn't say that. He said JB opened the door and saw him there and made a frowned look as if saying "why are you here". He also said a couple of times that JB didn't know about the abuse. He never said JB saw him in bed with Fine many times.
