Judah Mintz to test NBA Draft waters

Folks need to remember that this team is just version Red 1.0. Let's let him evolve his team. He has done well both in the portal and on the recruiting trail to implement his reconstruction phase1. It's a process. Remember this upcoming season is not intended to be a established Final 4 product. It's a stepping stone season that hopefully shows additional future recruits both portal and high school that they want to jump on the train so to speak. If Red coaches well and gets Syracuse chatter going again it will be considered a success.
I mean, I agree, but… There are examples of many programs in recent years that have had big turnarounds in one year in the portal era, including K State, Iowa State, Missouri, Miami, UConn and others. We don’t need a Final Four in year 1 and we’ll ultimately have some patience, but I want to see us as an NCAA tourney team and a top 5 or 6 team in the ACC next year.

Why would I do that?
Because she body slammed your smiley face? (But mostly because I want my faith in your smiley faces to be preserved)

That should be the minimum after 2 straight post-season droughts. The minimum. Can you imagine Duke or Kentucky fans being ok with a 3rd consecutive Selection Sunday where they are not even in the discussion?
I don't think anyone is saying that at all. Who said we would be ok without being in a 3rd Selection Sunday? Every rebuild situation is different. Different players in place, different needs, portal player options available, portal player interest in school and coach, recruiting targets, schedule favorability or unfavorability, Nil program, nil programs, etc. Sure I would love a Final 4 but I am not expecting that outcome year one given the nature of the current rebuild.

Do you think Judah is waiting to see who else drops out of the draft and if his stock will improve at all that way or does he already know and we're just waiting this out?

We’re all cracking jokes here, but the fact is Llandz just double body-slammed AZOrange and Jake from the high ropes. They’re both still lying on the mat. I’m waiting to see if they throw a metal folding chair when she turns her back to face the crowd.
I asked because of Jake's post. I'm not sure my response wasn't just an opinion, and not fact. And that is why my cryptic response of I hope to be wrong. I am not really confident in anything. Also, I am not sure if anyone really knows. As I said it is a 19 year old with a really big decision to make. What decisions did you have to make at 19?

Def not waiting to see who drops out

Switching majors was a pretty big deal back then for me. I wish my decision was whether to accept $400,000+ to play a 2nd year in college or try to gamble and earn more than that by landing a 2-way. In theory he could probably make well over $1M if he decided to stick around here for multiple years like some of these UNC kids.

Some of those UNC kids who have very little real shot to make it in the NBA...

I imagine he had to decide whether or not to eat his corn flakes after someone pissed in them. He probably had to decide whether or not to investigate who did the deed as well.

The decisions I had to make at 19 were whether I wanted 3 eggs or 4 at Kimmel for breakfast and whether I wanted to go to class or not that day lol.
