Just blow it up

There’s 3 kinds of fans:

1) Casuals

2) Die-Hards who will always support their program

3) Die-Hards who want to win

This program is dangerously close to only appealing to the second group.

For the third group, the only recourse they (we, because I’ll include myself) have is to step away if the program isn’t serious about a sport they are asking us to spend time/money on.
Interesting, your telling me I don’t want to win. I am certain your full of s#%^

One thing that needed to happen but didn’t was some close up sideline shots of Dino’s reaction during the game. We didn’t see any and I was curious to see his reactions.
The best reaction during the game when they showed a shot of Dino and near him was a female manager who said "What the ..." when we got an illegal substitution penalty for what seems like the 100th time this year. LMAO.

You realize she was doing stats and may not have understood what they were calling. Because she then wrote something on her clipboard.

Who is and who isn't a diehard is irrelevant and a distraction from the fact that the administration needs to take action here and decide if it's a Power 5 D1 program or if it's essentially Buffalo or Army.

And you’ll be there next year regardless.

How would you like fans to voice frustrations? Strongly worded letters? Enlighten us bad fans who need the gospel truth of how to be a proper die hard syracuse fan.

Nevermind

It’s in my new book “ the gospel truth of how to be a proper die hard Syracuse fan” it will be at Barnes and Noble on the 12th of December.

It’s wild that the coaching staff seemingly cobbled together a solid script of plays for the opening drive, and then proceeded to take a massive dump in their pants for the remainder of the game.
They had the short pass goin then forgot about it ..they could have passed slants all night but no, let's wait till late in game to go back to it...too late

I’ll be here next year. Obviously all of us weirdos will be back. We are masochists.

To me the issue is will players leave, will players want to show up, will casual Syracuse fans care and show.

He’s not getting fired and JW will prob put him on the hot seat which will prob jettison more assistants out anyway bc it will be lame duck.

I like Dino and always have. He’s an awesome steward for the program and I’m sure super easy for administration to work with. He will get benefit of doubt.

Of course that may be worst decision for programs health anyway

I skipped the Dome after today's tailgate and it went better then I thought it would. It's a growing trend and speaks to the product on the field or lack there of

You skipped it because you were all comfy in the tent with food, beer, heaters and a TV. How much you wanna bet you’re back next year? You said the same things during GRob and after last season. Give it a week. Lol.

I think everyone wants a change but the administration.

Any of us that continued thru the GRob years are pretty much lifers . It was the ultimate test.

Then cancel football.

I was told Marrone hurt peoples feelings and will not be called bc he hurt peoples feelings.
Yeah. This is Syracuse.

You can't just walk around hurting people's feelings.

I think Chip will get another year. They finished 7-5 i think and just beat up on cross town rival USC. I threw KC Keeler out there in another thread. Guy is a legend at the fcs level, grew up in Pennsylvania and has ties to the northeast. Curt Cignetti at James Madison is another Pennsylvania homer and also has ties to the northeast. There's a ton of really good head coaches at that level who would jump at the chance to coach here.
Keeler has won everywhere he has coached: at Rowan (88-21-1), Delaware (86-52), and Sam Houston St. (79-22, including being 10-0 his last 2 seasons). His coaching tenure has included 2 FCS championships.
