Again, love that he plays hard, nice rebounding game, but he’s a huge problem on D. It was really obvious today.

His man beat him down the floor several times.

If he’s involved in a screen, it instantly puts our D in disarray. Often all that’s needed is a hedge by Eddie and then get back to his guy. Instead, he just stands there and everyone else has to scramble as a result. It lead to a lot of their baskets today.

For sure. In total agreement there. We have a lot of issues on D. You started this post about Eddie so I was talking about Eddie Difference of opinion regarding him being the "least of our problems".

Guy's a conundrum. If I made a "pros" and "cons" list to what I've seen from Syracuse this season, the good things he does would be towards the top of the pros list and his weaknesses would be towards the top of the cons list.

In what sense? We’re 9-11. He played well today. We lost. Putting the performance on any sort of historical level is ridiculous.

You're right, Dick. Eddie had a tremendous game. 23 rebounds is nuts. Hats off. Great job.

JJ had a pretty decent game, too, but none of Cuffe, Carlos or Moore really got it going today.

Taylor was a contributor, but couldn't hit any of his 3's.

When you out-rebound the other team by 17, have more assists, only around 10 turnovers, you expect to win.

We seemed to shoot too many threes, and not get to the line enough. Yes, turnovers, but 11 is nothing to be ashamed of.

Where did I denigrate him? His performance was ok. If you watched the game I don’t think there’s a way to come away overly impressed. He was far from the biggest problem.
