Horrible decision.

Huge call and then no...call? Lions got hosed there. Driving for what could have been a 2 score lead.

Dez Bryant literally ran from off the field to on the field without his helmet on after that pass interference call was made (that was later inexplicably reversed). Please explain how that isn't unsportsmanlike conduct? When a player is ON the field and he takes his helmet off, it's a penalty. Complete by the officiating in this game that will be talked about more than the actual game. Just what the league needs LOL

Those referees should never see the field again for a playoff game.

First time the crew worked together all year.

Only the NFL would think that's a good idea.

goodell et al are seriously clueless

Have Never seen a call announced and then waived off.

Between that article and the reversal of a correct call, the NFL's got some 'splainin to do.

The surprise here is befuddling. We've already had one of the paramount Super Bowl winners found guilty of cheating with the penalty meted out within 72 hours and the evidence destroyed (Patriots).

The simple reality is we're all (the fans) the suckers. How do the owners make their money? Seeing the franchise values increase. The cash flow does it nice too, but these people aren't generally in need of cash flow.

How do ALL the owners see their collective and individual franchise values increase? Higher TV contracts. These have been managed perfectly, limited supply, etc etc.

How do the TV contracts increase? Bigger city teams doing well and on TV a lot. Keeping the fans of bigger city/franchise teams excited to watch.

Kraft and Goodell have dinner frequently. Goodell makes $48m a year, Kraft makes that and his franchise goes from $200m to $2.4B in 14 years. Absolutely no accident.

The NFL is one standard deviation from the WWE and people will wake up to it at some point. That's their biggest risk. But, if it happens, the TV crowd will pay less for it, so double-edged sword.

That was bigger crap than the flag/no flag debate.

Jerry Jones made a quick payoff to the get that freaking called change. I hate the Cowboys with a passion.

I am not into conspiracy theories. The call was just oddly inexplicable. Lions got hosed.

i didnt think it was PI. not enough contact. but, dez definitely shouldve been flagged.

It was Pass interference but before that, he grapped the shirt. So okay, defensive holding. There is no explanation for that. That play has been pass interference all year. And Dez has to be flagged for running on the field.

There were 3 penalties on that play. All against the cowgirls.

compared to what they have been calling for the last year or 2, it was definitely pass interference. like textbook pass interference. the guy had his back turned and ws grabbing arms. it is called every week, every game, all the time. the ball was catchable too. i think the wildcard weekend for the nfl used to be top dog for this weekend, but the college playoff overshadowed it, and there needed to be some contraversy. the other games weren't even close.

How many years have we been hearing (oh IDK, maybe 4 times every game) that the defensive player didn't turn to make a play on the ball? Apparently that is all bullcrap.

I repeat myself. Most likely outcome even if the pi is called, Detroit kicks a field goal, Cowboys score a touchdown with little time on the clock and win the game 24 to 23. The way I see it, the non call pi is a moot point and does not change the outcome of the game.

A lot of Giants sour grapes as I am concerned. Jerry is entitled to spend his money any way he sees fit.
