4-8 3 out of 4 years, not sure he knows how to fix it

First two years are throw aways with the mess he got
He did get us to 10 wins
Injuries on both sides of the line hurt this season
Lack of senior leadership
Fire the DC was huge and shocking he actually did it
To me this is the first big mark against Dino here
Also I’ve never been a fan of an AD stepping in
