Watching this game its a pleasure to actually see 2 game plans being executed. Both offensive teams look well coached. They look crisp.
0 stars, 2 stars a few 3 stars all playing disciplined football.No penalties, wasted time outs or lack of clock management. The OCs are both creating a rhythm.
Looking back it is unbelievable how bad we were on offense. I understand injuries... But wow we look like a complete hot mess compared to both of these teams. Its not all talent related. In fact its mostly coaching.

The refs have done UB no favors.

The second Ball State TD on 4th and goal looked like it was definitely short. Fourth TD on the 3rd and 12 play there as as big of a hold as you'll see (would've been a sack without it) and it wasn't called.

That 2nd TD was a gift from the refs. Plitt's progress was stopped, but no whistle. When he finally got across the goal line (Maybe) it appears he no longer had the ball.
