Miami and NCAA

Do we know for sure that Miami U wont be given the death penalty by NCAA? If so I would think that Miami gets kicked out of the ACC.

As much as I would love it, Miami isn't getting the death penalty. If there's anything we've learned about college football over the last 2-3 years, it's that it is completely run by $$. Miami makes $$. They are basically safe. Note: I do think they'll get hammered with penalties, but only up to and including what USC got. Also, same thing for UNCheaters.

I don't see the NCAA ever giving out the death penalty again

I think the 4 super conferences will be giving the NCAA the death penalty in about 5 years.

Miami University is a member of the MAC, not ACC.
