Just a marvelous way to end the season. Coming back from 3 touchdowns was exhilarating and made it that much sweeter to do so against one of the most arrogant teams in college sports. I'm across the country for Thanksgiving but talked my father into making the trip to the game today. After the 2019 game against Clemson he said he was done going to Syracuse games in-person and was done making trips to the dome. He has enjoyed McCord enough this season that he was able to be convinced for one more trip. He called me after the game thanking me for nagging him about the game and said this was the most fun since Virginia Tech in 98.

Loved seeing Fran chew out the refs for an entire media timeout after the Miami fullback appeared to move early on a touchdown run. Previous coach would’ve smelled his finger the entire time.

Fran was a dawg on a bone with those refs for missing that false start. He worked them all the way through to that player injury timeout. Was effin hilarious!

It matters. Both for the officiating and the players' response to all of it. It's a lot harder to sell your team "hey screw them it's us against the world!" when you're acting like the call was no big deal.

Our offense is unbelievable. Hopefully we don't take this for granted. If we get to see this one more time in a bowl game, we are TRULY blessed.
Edit: McCord, Meeks, Pena, Gadsden, Gill, ALLEN...add in Zeed and Ross-Simmons and Hatcher and Willis...this offense is crazy, and McCord is THE leader.

I know I melted down after Stanford game but my bus stayed full with people who didn't care about Cuse football u til I forced them to and then it all pays off with something like today. This has been my favorite thing in the world my entire life and today makes alllll of it worth it.

I love all of you and I love Syracuse football with my entire being. Thank you guys and a single moment like this makes everything so else worth it. I will talk with my friedbs a lit this until I die. I love you all.

This was something special. Down 21-0 against the 6th ranked 10-1 Hurricane w/a legit Heisman QB.

I hope McCord is somehow invited to the Heisman ceremony now.

I'm a little sad this morning. That's the last time we're going to get to see that team play and this season was just so fun.

And you look at what Fran has done in 1 possession games. I said before the season that Fran comes off as a guy who just succeeds. Glad to be right about that.

Annoucers kept saying it was a legal motion. On what planet can you jump the start and be moving forward at the snap.a player flinches and it's a false start but you can start running toward the LOS to block before the snap now?
