Brian just said it. And I love Richmond. I hope he doesn't leave. honestly, I don't want anyone to leave and that is not what I would have said last year. We had guys that were never going to help us last year. That isn't true this year.

So we are losing AG and QG to the NBA, Woody/and one of the Centers to transfer, and now Kadary to go along with the expected departures of Seniors Bourama and Marek.

You lose your entire team to additional departures when your last place in the conference and not in the Sweet 16. What don't you understand about this.

Would be on par for Syracuse. Other teams get their best players to stay an extra year. Syracuse gets their beat player to transfer out for some weird reason.

Almost? Your tolerance for pain must be high.

As always, I want to thank you for sharing what you hear. For those of us who have been here "forever," we understand how "rock solid" your information typically is. Many of us, or at least I hope there are "many," also understand that situations like this are usually multidimensional and fluid.

I think Richmond is about as important as Buddy, but I don't know how anyone could be offended at the notion that someone thinks Buddy is the most important player next year.

There’s an argument to be made, sure. But as it stands now this is Buddy’s team. Kadary’s got the lotto potential and could be the face of Cuse eventually next season, but Buddy has ACC POY potential.

Agree on this, but it probably wears differently when you're on a high-level D1 basketball team. Your average freshman this year can still see their friends without worrying that they're going to pass covid to the entire team and put them on a pause.

I think it's time Marek hooked Kadary up with his connections on the cheerleading squad. He probably knows a few cute pizza delivery girls too.

Scratch the last part. I haven't seen a cute delivery girl in ages, I think there's heightened awareness of security risks walking up to the front door of a stranger's house. Now it's just pimple-faced boys or older men.
