Typically I would do this weekly like in the past but since we aren't eligible I lost my provable smile to do this.

For Wisconsin to move up they need to beat Maryland for the Big Ten title. A win over Michigan State wouldn't be enough. They didn't beat Maryland in the regular season and the Big Ten was down their best non conference wins were against Butler, Oklahoma, Cal and they lost AT HOME to Duke.

Mostly agree with your thinking except IMO they will move Wisconsin onto the #1 line at #4 if they win the B1G. UVA will get dropped because they are clearly not the same team with an injured Justin Anderson. It gives the committee the excuse they need to move them down probably behind Arizona too if they win the Pac12. Wow that East region the way you have it would be a cakewalk for Duke. IMO the Zags are vastly over-rated again...a weak #2. They pump up their record against garbage in their conference. Didn't UNC already get creamed by UK early in the season? They usually try to avoid repeat matchups.
