It’s all about Durant. At this point the drama of Kyrie is annoying.
They traded Colin Sexton, IT and Crowder for him.
Heyward replaced Crowder as a FA.
So it’s really IT and Sexton for 2 years of Kyrie that isn’t a trade that kills a franchise.
Sexton has to become an Allstar for the trade to blow up.

Beyond that the talent around is sufficient to be a factor to the East.

The team has the 14th pick and then 2 other first round picks and possibly the Memphis pick.
They can get a bench from those picks.
