Refs doing everything they can to help the Lakers
The problem with these stupid foul challenges is that the end resolution often isn’t equitable ...jump ball instead of full possession isn’t the same thing

Does LBJ ever not complain? He got a call earlier and was still bitching to the refs.

yup .. the TNT CREW said as much .. that now he’s complaining cause the closer ref didn’t call it

I’ll say this .. it you don’t turn the ball over ... the Lakers have a hell of a time scoring

Malone is an idiot ... subs out Joker because he has 5 fouls, and they can’t get a Defensive board because of it

The bs “narrative” is that down the stretch they put Lebron on Murray and that shut Murray down .. the reality is that Lebron hacked the crap out of Murray on two possessions that were not only not called... but lead directly to 5 on 4 LA buckets ... 8 point swing .. and yet this guy Lebron cries like he’s never gotten a call

Stevens has sucked badly this series. With all the games so close the coaching mistakes have been the difference.
Well in game one at least, I think Tatum's 4th quarter turnovers were the difference.
That guy does not impress me. Zero points in a half.
Often more negatives to his play than positives, from what I have seen in this series.

As soon as Lakers/LBJ leaked the lack of fouls memo the series was determined. Nuggets get Game 5 as refs overadjust then give superstar treatment on close out Game 6.

If one ref had the balls to give LeBron a "T" for one of his petulant, privileged rants, I would help the guy with the secret fine the NBA would impose.

Tatum scored 28 points in the second half.
He gave them enough points.
In the first half he had 0 points but had 7 rebounds and 4 assists.
He does more than scoring.
Plus he shut down Pascal Siakam last series and notice how Jimmy Butler has done very little this series.
Tatum is 22 and going to be an all defensive team player with how all around he is.

The things he has done poorly this series is shoot it poorly but he is a good shooter and turned the ball over too many times.

Tatum is 22 years old and already made the all-NBA team you can say you don’t see it but he is a franchise player.

The only other thing I’ll add is he needs to get better at hiding his off-arm push off. Everyone does it, but his is just too obvious, so he gets called all the time.

Tatum (and Stevens) have to get better at end of game shot selection. Little too much Kobe there.

Why Malone didn’t challenge I’ll never know

I wasn't watching, but if the situation was that Murray got fouled and it wasn't called, that isn't something that you can challenge. You can only challenge that a called foul was not a foul, not that an uncalled foul was a foul.

Yeah, not buying it. When LeBron attacks the rim, 99% of the time, defenders get out of the way because they know they ain’t ever getting the charge call even if they get there in time.

Jerami doesn’t get the same treatment.
