Not in my experience. I know my father canceled one of those, but that was on him.For a lot of people, those “elective” surgeries included things like knee surgery, shoulder surgery, removal of skin growths that may or may not be malignant...
I know of multiple orthapedic, dental, etc. Surgeries done in multiple states, including NY. All done when elective surgeries weren't allowed.
