Trade down from 2 to Cleveland, Grab an OL, draft Jaylen Samuels, then grab Ryan Finley to groom behind Eli.

Given that the Browns are picking 1, and presumably whatever QB they like best, why are they trading up to 2? You got a better chance of the Jets at 6 wanting to move up

They also have pick 4 and have been known to make silly decisions

The value is they would then have picks 1 2 and 4

Browns have so many picks they can ensure they get their guy at 2.
Colts could be a threat for their guy at 4.
I think Cleveland will get a QB and Saquain Barkley.

The beauty of the NFL is that your team, if capably managed, can quickly get back in the mix after a bad season. My squad stunk two years ago then made a couple of crazy maneuvers to draft some dude from an FCS school. You never know.

In what universe are the giants trading out of round1 altogether so the browns can have 1,2 and 4? I’ll give you this, if the giants are willing to do that, and the browns can get QB, Barkley and the top OL at four, then that certainly would hasten their next attempted rebuild.

Cleveland jumps Indianapolis to take Saquain Barkley 2nd.
