Okay, a question I want answered by you guys. Talking with some of my friends and their answers were all over the board. The casinos have started playing cash poker games with 7 or 8 players at a table. My question is...what % of the country will have to be vaccinated before casinos begin playing tournaments again? Yesterday, we were at about 9.4% Take a guess I am desperate for a trip to Las Vegas. I get my second shot tomorrow.

Not sure what Connecticut will do, but if NY can institute the Excelsior pass for our iPhones, Turning stone and other NY card rooms could start tourneys for NY’ers.

Edit looked it up myself. NY employees are supposed to be paid but not until the budget passes which will be late March early April

I'm hoping the forecast changes before Saturday, but not looking good to make my appointment. The forecast here calls for snow on Friday nite and Saturday, and maybe 6-8" by the time I need to head out for my appointment at noon. Maybe 10" by the time I'm done. I can chain up to get to county road and back, but still have an 80 mile round trip on an interstate they close when the snow gets bad. Do I wait and reschedule or risk the trip? Going to be an interesting week...

Well, we got less snow than originally forecast, so I made it into Trinidad and was able to get my first round of the Moderna vaccine. We're making progress with a lot of people getting the vaccine daily. Keep it rolling!!

I'm really glad I went out yesterday to get vaccinated. It was sloppy yesterday but it's storming here now. Snow like lake effect snow in Oswego County. Beautiful if you don't need to go anywhere...

Would be surprised if the state has the infrastructure to support administering this quantity in a realistic timely manner given the time table for second doses. You’d think they would, having the past few months to prepare, but I have my doubts

There at 30% on first dose an the state is giving well over a million doses a week and not all sites are filling all appointments , it was a no brainer to open up criteria.

Yet NJ just decided that maybe it’s time to lower the age to 55. Murphy has been very slow with the roll out. School staff has only been eligible for 2 weeks.

They have 1000s of JnJ vaccines at the state fairgrounds...gotta move the product. The last 60% will be the hardest to get vaccinated.
