ALL HAIL THE GREAT " PEARL" Washington. I am happy to say I lived during the time of the Pearl. He is what Ernie Davis was. A blessing to the city of Syracuse and the team I call mine. We live in the time of greatness while he still smiles. Pearl and Ewing, Syracuse against Georgetown, They together made the Big East, they help to start the greatest basketball conference of all time. He deserves all of our respect and admiration, He is Syracuse. Enjoy this time, your great grand children will ask " You Knew the Pearl?"
