Regardless of Jones, Williams is gone. We can’t replace him.I thought so against Ohio and Rutgers. Not sure about that now.

If you don’t think Jones and Williams are going pro, then you haven’t been paying attention.

Great team no questions here. Keep everything the same
Tucker is the only one we have to worry about, IMO.
He can’t go pro?tucker could only transfer but why would he, hes killing it here.
He can’t go pro?
Nope. Hasn't been out of highschool for 3 years. He can’t go pro?
Tucker is the only one we have to worry about being gone that would really move the needle on W’s and L’s, IMO.
We seem to have no problem replacing DBs year after year.Well, we have no secondary or D Line then we have no defense. I respect the hell out of you, but what on earth are you talking about. We won’t have ANY D-Line AND we’ll be without a decent secondary. We’re that quote from the beginning of Alien’s “ That’s it man! Game over MAN! Game over!”
We seem to have no problem replacing DBs year after year.
We’ll win or lose with offense. Defense is never going to be Alabama and win us games singlehandidly. We have a good DC. Feel like we can scrap together a mediocre defense.
We need a veteran star QB to be any good. That’s the difference maker that tilts things for us. See 2012 and 2018.
Money is only part of the matter. Changing coaches is hard on players and if they are doing well, it makes little sense. There is no doubt that this tea is playing well. A few plays in each of Rutgers, FSU and Wake and this team is 6-0.Exactly what I was saying and another post. We win 10 games and everyone is calling for an extension and then this happens and now everyone's calling for his head.
People need to think rationally and not emotionally. The program overall just has too much to overcome! Especially when the school plays it safe or cheap!
. Basketball could see the same predicament in the coming years so these guys need to wake up! basketball is not going to be there forever to bring in the money automatically like it has been for so long. Very good basketball coaches do not come cheap either
Dude. Our offense has been GARBAGE for three years. Whether we like it or not, we’re a defensive team. See, e.g., Alton Robinson, et al.We seem to have no problem replacing DBs year after year.

I'm confused are we in agreement here? I agree with some of the things you were saying of course I mean that's where I think a very good AD would come in. I mean that's his job.Money is only part of the matter. Changing coaches is hard on players and if they are doing well, it makes little sense. There is no doubt that this tea is playing well. Take a look at the big name teams and coaching changes they make and get little improvement.
Tennessee
Texas
TAMU
Michigan
USC (the real on. not Rutgers)
Nebraska
so many more
Look at the less than big name schools
Rutgers
UNC (and (Mack can recruit!)
Baylor
Miami
VATech
et all
Changing coaches is not as easy as many think, the hidden costs may be much more than anyone can reasonably calculate.
Neb
Also yes of course, there's a bunch of different variables that come into play, it's not just that simple.I'm confused are we in agreement here? I agree with some of the things you were saying of course I mean that's where I think a very good AD would come in. I mean that's his job.
you know they're not a dime a dozen obviously and soon enough we will know much more about our AD
Been pretty good the last couple weeks.Dude. Our offense has been GARBAGE for three years. Whether we like it or not, we’re a defensive team. See, e.g., Alton Robinson, et al.
