Funny how teams seem to be right behind us when we are onto a kid early. Furphy is a different kid but funny how all the sudden UConn has a talented Aussie. Both are good players but I like Fennells all around game a little more. Either way hope we keep tapping the overseas talent pool.

I don’t think anyone said our guy isn’t talented. In fact, I am very excited, based on what I have seen). (Give me all the Aussie/Euro guys we can get).
It will be nice to have a fundamental, (seeming) high IQ, player to follow Carlos and keep the trend going.
My thought was if Hurley was already onto the team, and IF he needed PG, was there a reason he didn’t recruit our guy.

Luke is the best we can get right now and I can live with that. Uconn currently has the second highest rated 2025 class coming in with 4 players. Doubt there was a big need for Luke. The fact we haven't scored a center for next year has me thinking Euro or portal for that position.

He was a piece of work. His game was a little wild but with some flash. He didn’t last long at SU. I wonder where he is today. Billy Keys and the Harmon kid out of NJ are a couple of others that never panned out.

Billy Keys was from Bristol, Pa. Saw him play many times. He was a man child in the PIAA Class B division of the Pennsylvania HS sports classification. Rick Harmon, Loved that dude"s game. South Jersey, Cape May legend. I believe he was the Cuse's first Parade All American! He was a big recruit for Boeheim. Bobby knight wanted him and saw his as a Quinn Buckner Type. So sorry it didn't work out for him at the Cuse. I think Coach B. played him out of position. He was 6-4, with ball skills, but played forward for us. Transferred to Old Dominion...and blew out his knee and was done!!
