SU really slowed it down in the second half. Really shortened the game. Better ball movement, but still didn’t get guys open much. It’s hard to drive when Pitt doesn’t respect your shooters.

Just finished game on delay. Nothing much more to be said. Just a solid win and a game to build on shooting wise. We’re not gonna be lights out like that all the time, but I think this proves the “we can’t shoot” narrative simply isn’t 100% true. Guys needs to step up and continue to gain confidence in their shots.

In some ways it would be good if we develop amnesia about the shooting, and don't think we are now the "Splash City" Warriors. However, encouraging to see different players step up (JJ), and winning in different ways.

And most importantly this team has an ability to bounce back after a rough game.

Awesome bounce back. We don’t need a state of the program after every game but I’ll give Red this, he gets the guys ready to rally.

Basketball is an easy game when the ball goes into the hoop! Felt like there was a plan offensively and we were generating consistently good looks.

Starling was tremendous, and nice to see Bell find his shot again. Hopefully, this game is a confidence builder for Taylor as well.

Absolutely love the edge, toughness and swagger that Copeland brings.

If JJ plays like that we have a chance against anyone. That stop and pop is lethal when it is dropping. Feel like has not attempted many jump shots in recent games so getting some confidence there is huge. We could get away with Bell not playing in the second due to Benny and Starling of all people. Totally different team if those two can play like that more often. We were able to out muscle Pitt while still hitting some jumpers
