As I said earlier a lot of early second rounders still get guaranteed money.

No. Many here are out of touch with player development and development in general and think NBA teams abandon high level second rounders in the D-League.

The whole notion that players will automatically develop better playing at Syracuse and rise in draft position is usually not correct.

Problem with kids today.....they all think too highly of themselves...... As exhibited last year, Lydon's game does not translate to the league. He has skills, he is talented and can shoot but he did not demonstrate consistency or confidence in his performance. In the NBA, shrinking violets need not apply. I am sure JB explained it fully to him. Sorry but I am an honestly brutal 82 year old realist. To quote Pacino in A Scent of a Woman "I've been around"
