ED had his issues with mechanics as well, yet he found success. There will be tradeoffs between a hybrid verse pure passer. As long as when he is on the field he moves the chains, I could care less.

Yeah, that's fine. He's not Tommy DeVito.
Tommy is the kind of QB that would be of more interest to Mike Leach.
Shrader is more of a big, dual threat guy - more similar to an Eric Dungey (hopefully) than an Anthony Gordon.
