I need more information brother!! After many knee surgeries during my football/tennis days - the older I get, the more my knees are hurting. I do a lot of heat and ice, but I need to do more.

With how active I am - I just stared doing hot yoga, which I never would have guessed is something I would do - but my back is thanking me, that’s for sure.

You do realize that Philcox was in the NFL for 9 years and he wasn't an NFL back up because of his athleticism, tough to put him behind the rest. I would put Shrader towards the bottom of all of them with regard to passing the football, the surgery between his junior and senior year didn't help either.

To be fair with Nunes, that UM game that everyone remembers was when he was a frosh if I recall, and shoved onto the field far sooner than he ever should have been.

As a footnote to that game, Tom Brady passed for 26 yards.

Another footnote, under today's rules the safety would not have been intentional grounding. He went outside the tackle box about 16 times, and even though he went backwards 30 yards, the pass still went to the line of scrimmage. Made a big different in a 5 point game when we were driving deep into their territory at the end.

To add to this it has been said by multiple people, and I think that includes CuseLegacy, that the QB we have our eye on hasn't yet hit the portal.
