New rule a year or 2 ago you can play in up to 4 games and still get a redshirt. Not based on percentage.
Of course this year doesn’t count as a year of play for anyone due to COVID and NCAA not wanting anyone to feel forced to play.

The truth of the matter is we need a legit dual threat quarterback. Not having a quarterback that can make plays on his own is destroying any chance of a viable offense with a terrible offensive line.
